All food pick ups will be at 5:30pm on the day you order in ECCH Lot 2 Building 9G. Each portion includes one portion of the entree, a vegetable side, a sweet, and infused water and costs 35 riyals. Menu:

• Sunday: Mongolian beef with fresh broccoli and rice
• Monday: Mexican chicken and rice casserole
• Tuesday: Ginger orange tofu with broccoli and cauliflower
• Wednesday: Eggplant parmesan with pasta and salad
• Thursday: Meatloaf with "mashed potatoes" and garlic sauteed spinach
• Friday: Green thai curry with vietnamese spring rolls

Wednesday: Kitchen closed- Kat volunteering in Sri Lanka, re-opening Sun Feb 24
