Menu for Week of February 3-8

Menu:

Sunday: Healthy beef moussaka (by Bowe’s request :)) with salad
Monday: Mongolian beef with fresh broccoli and rice
Tuesday: Spinach verde enchiladas with homemade salsa and baked tortilla chips
Wednesday: Orange chicken with fresh broccoli and cauliflower
Thursday: Stuffed shells with ricotta and spinach with fresh salad
Friday: Guest Chef Thai Fridays- Mint is cooking Chicken pad thai and papaya salad
